Dato' Robert Teo Keng Tuan v Teo Keng Hock

Dato' Robert Teo Keng Tuan, as executor of his late mother Lee Soh Hua's estate, sued his brother Teo Keng Hock for RM120,000 allegedly owed to the deceased. The claim was based on a 2008 statutory declaration and 12 undated cheques issued by the defendant. The Sessions Court partially allowed the claim, granting judgment for RM120,000 but rejecting interest claims. The defendant has appealed to the High Court.
