Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad vs Abd Rashid bin Abdul Rahman & Mohd Marzuki bin Maslan

Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad filed an application for leave to issue a writ of execution against Mohd Marzuki bin Maslan, the guarantor, regarding a default judgment obtained on 17 January 2012 for RM57,684.34. The application was filed on 1 April 2022, more than 10 years after the judgment. The court found the plaintiff failed to provide sufficient reasons for the delay and dismissed the application.
