Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad v Menteri Sumber Manusia & Ors

Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad appealed against the High Court's dismissal of its judicial review application challenging the Minister of Human Resources' decision that Customer Relationship Representatives (CRRs) were not employed in managerial, executive, confidential or security capacities. The Court of Appeal upheld the High Court's decision, finding that the Minister had acted within his jurisdiction under Section 9 of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 and that the non-production of investigation reports was not fatal to the case.
