Public Prosecutor vs Arvin Rajoo a/l John, Balan a/l Narayanasamey, Thavindran a/l Mahendran

Three accused were charged with possession of 31.48g cannabis at Taman Mujur, Klang on 19/03/2018. The prosecution invoked Section 37(d) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 for presumed possession. The court found the accused guilty and sentenced them to 3 years imprisonment and 4 strokes of whipping.
