Agensi Pekerjaan Kenangan Eksklusif (M) Sdn Bhd v Chin Kok Leong & Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna

The Applicant, Agensi Pekerjaan Kenangan Eksklusif (M) Sdn Bhd, filed a judicial review application to quash an award by the Consumer Claims Tribunal (Respondent 2) in favor of Chin Kok Leong (Respondent 1).
