Zahiruddin bin Osman v Pendakwa Raya

The appellant Zahiruddin bin Osman appealed against his conviction and sentence for two charges under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017. The High Court upheld the conviction but reduced the sentence from 12 to 8 years imprisonment per charge, to run consecutively, while maintaining the whipping sentence.
