G. Vasan A/L Gunasegran v. Public Prosecutor

The appellant, G. Vasan A/L Gunasegran, was convicted by the High Court of Temerloh for two drug-related offences: trafficking 28.1 grams of heroin and monoacetylmorphines under Section 39B(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, and possession of 9.28 grams of methamphetamine under Section 12(2) of the same Act. He was sentenced to death for trafficking and four years' imprisonment with four strokes of the rotan for possession. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal, upholding the convictions and sentences.
