Rozana Binti Mohamed v Kenaf Venture Global Sdn. Bhd.

The High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur heard a commercial dispute between Rozana Binti Mohamed (Plaintiff) and Kenaf Venture Global Sdn. Bhd. (Defendant) regarding a Sales Representative Agreement dated 09.04.2021. The Plaintiff claimed unpaid commissions after the Agreement's termination, while the Defendant argued the Agreement was void ab initio. The Court dismissed the Defendant's application to strike out the action (Enclosure 7) and allowed the Plaintiff's application to amend the pleadings (Enclosure 11) to include claims of fraud and negligent misrepresentation. The Defendant has appealed the decision on Enclosure 11.
