Heap Yee Brothers Contract Farming Sdn Bhd v Lim Cheng Fu

Heap Yee Brothers Contract Farming Sdn Bhd sued Lim Cheng Fu (trading as My Village Poultry Farm) for breach of a broiler chicken farming contract. The plaintiff supplied 58,000 day-old chicks and feed, but the defendant failed to meet contractual obligations. A default judgment was entered on 24.5.2019 after the defendant failed to appear.
