Wong Xin Wei v. Public Prosecutor

Wong Xin Wei was charged with offering a bribe of RM3,000 to a government officer to cancel compound notices. The Sessions Court found him guilty, sentencing him to 24 months imprisonment and a RM20,000 fine. Dissatisfied, he appealed to the High Court.
