The High Court of Malaya in Shah Alam heard a judicial review application by Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (MBSJ) against the decision of Lembaga Rayuan Negeri Selangor (LRNS) to grant planning permission to Noble Home Care Services Sdn. Bhd. for an elderly care center. The court dismissed the application as time-barred, finding that MBSJ had filed the application beyond the three-month limitation period under Order 53 Rule 3(6) of the Rules of Court 2012.
