Low Thi Am Hoe & Teo Sung Ngiap v Sri Serdang Sdn Bhd & Ors

The plaintiffs, Low Thi Am Hoe and Teo Sung Ngiap, challenged the validity of board meetings and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs) convened by the defendants, which resulted in their removal as directors of several subsidiary companies. The High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur dismissed the plaintiffs' claims, finding that the requisitions for the EGMs and the resolutions passed were valid.
