Lembaga Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja v MG Bullions Holding Sdn Bhd & 2 Others

The Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) sued MG Bullions Holding Sdn Bhd and its directors for unpaid EPF contributions totaling RM57,197.00 for February to April 2023. The Magistrates' Court in Kuantan granted summary judgment under Order 14 of the Rules of Court 2012, finding the defendants had no meritorious defense. The court ordered payment of the outstanding amount plus RM1,000 in costs to the plaintiff.
