Hiform (M) Sdn Bhd v TSR Bina Sdn Bhd

Hiform (M) Sdn Bhd, the sub-contractor, sought enforcement of an adjudication decision under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA) against TSR Bina Sdn Bhd, the main contractor, for unpaid progress claims.
