Pendakwa Raya v Magenthiran A/L Rekshadharan

Magenthiran A/L Rekshadharan was charged under Section 15(4) of the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 for failing to comply with a police supervision order. The accused pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment from the date of arrest on 19 February 2024. The case was heard at the Bentong Magistrate's Court in Pahang.
