Aerodua Metal (M) Sdn Bhd v Ibarat Hijau Sdn Bhd

Aerodua Metal (M) Sdn Bhd (Plaintiff) and Ibarat Hijau Sdn Bhd (Defendant) entered into a joint venture agreement to purchase and sell plant and machinery. The Plaintiff sought injunctive relief to prevent the Defendant from disposing of the machinery, alleging breach of fiduciary duties and fraud.
