Sohail Khan v Pendakwa Raya

Sohail Khan, a Pakistani national, was convicted by the High Court of Kuala Lumpur for trafficking 957 grams of cannabis under Section 39B(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and sentenced to death.
